Stylist and Menswear Consultant

Courtney Mays

It’s no exaggeration to say that Courtney Mays is the godmother of the tunnel walk. One of the true architects of modern athlete style, Mays has spent more than a decade shaping the visual language of basketball.
A University of Michigan graduate, Mays entered fashion under the mentorship of stylist Rachel Johnson, working alongside LeBron James and his family before building her own practice around Chris Paul and Kevin Love. Mays is regarded as one of the most influential figures behind the NBA and WNBA’s tunnel evolution, transforming pregame moments into windows for self-expression and social commentary, from championing HBCUs through Chris Paul’s game-day fits to spotlighting emerging Black designers to styling the NY Liberty team for their 2025 Met Gala showing.

Domo Wells

Domo Wells has become one of the most influential new voices in soccer’s creative evolution. A cultural strategist, designer and DJ, Wells spent nearly a decade working across music, entertainment and community initiatives before stepping into fashion and sport.
In 2024 Wells was tapped by the Washington Spirit to reimagine the NWSL team’s cultural and fashion identity, transforming what began as a one-off collaboration into a multi-season partnership across the NWSL that fuses design, storytelling and representation.
Through her brand ‘Dead Dirt’ Wells champions the synergy of streetwear and sports culture, and her impact as the Spirit's creative director has since rippled across the NWSL.

Don C

A true pioneer of the sports–fashion crossover, Don C has spent more than two decades shaping how athletic heritage informs street style and high fashion.
The Chicago native first made his mark co-founding RSVP Gallery, a retail and cultural hub that came to define the city’s creative scene, before launching his brand, Just Don, in 2011. His collaborations with Jordan Brand, Nike, Levi’s and Mitchell & Ness over the years have produced some of the most coveted releases in streetwear history.
Don’s lifelong connection to the Chicago Bulls came full circle in 2022 when he was appointed the team’s Creative Strategy and Design Advisor, a first-of-its-kind role.

Creative Director

Roman King

Roman King has become one of the defining creative voices in American sports. After early roles at Condé Nast and Rolling Stone, he spent nearly seven seasons at the WNBA, where he helped modernize the league’s visual identity, leading a brand refresh, shaping the “Welcome to the W” era, and turning events like the Draft and All-Star Game into broader cultural moments.
Now Creative Director at Major League Soccer, King brings that same storytelling instinct to a league entering a pivotal moment, helping align the MLS with the fashion and entertainment industries. His recent work includes league-wide campaigns such as “All For The Cup” with Issa Rae, and a growing focus on the rise of pre-game player arrival and tunnel fit culture.
